Quiet by design.
Last updated: June 2026. This notice explains what ARKHIVE (a property of Lost Utopia) collects, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address (used for passwordless sign-in links), handle, display name, and optional profile details you choose to add.
- Booking data — sessions you reserve: studio, time window, party size, and any notes you attach.
- Check-in records — when you scan a studio's check-in code, we record the time and the session it sealed.
- Host requests — if you submit a studio for review, we keep the details you send us.
- Usage signals — minimal, aggregate analytics events (page and studio views). No advertising trackers, no third-party ad pixels.
What we use it for
Operating the network: confirming reservations, calculating residency tiers and trust indexes, paying studio operators, and keeping the catalogue honest. That's the whole list.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. Your booking history is visible to you and to the operator of the studio you booked — nobody else, unless you explicitly publish a session to your public portfolio.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only the payment reference needed to manage refunds under the cancellation policy shown at booking.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, EU region; Vercel) under their respective security and data-processing terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Write to privacy@lost-utopia.com from the address on your account.
