I can't sign in expand_more
ARKHIVE uses your email and password. Make sure both are correct and that your account has been created from an invite. If you forgot your password, use Sign in → Forgot password? to receive a reset link. Still blocked? Contact Pryce above and he can reset it for you.
I didn't get my invitation email expand_more
Check your spam / junk folder first. Invitations come from
invite@arkhive.network. If it's not there after a few minutes, ask whoever invited you to resend it, or contact Pryce to issue a new invite. My invite code says "invalid or expired" expand_more
Invite links are single-use and time-limited. If yours was already used or has expired, it can't be reused — request a fresh invitation. Codes are also case-insensitive, so typos aren't usually the cause.
Messages / chat isn't loading expand_more
The chat button appears at the bottom-right once you're signed in. If it's missing, refresh the page. Messages are private and only visible to you and the person you're talking with. If a conversation won't open, sign out and back in, then try again.
A studio marker won't open on the map expand_more
Tap directly on the glowing marker — the map dives in to street level when you do. On a phone, give it a moment to finish the zoom. If markers don't appear at all, check your connection and reload the Map.
I'm a studio owner and my listing isn't showing expand_more
New studios are reviewed by hand before they go live on Discover and the map. Once approved, your studio appears everywhere instantly. If it's been a while, reach out and we'll check the status.
