I can't sign in expand_more
ARKHIVE uses your email and password. Make sure both are correct and that your account has been created from an invite. If you forgot your password, use Sign inForgot password? to receive a reset link. Still blocked? Contact Pryce above and he can reset it for you.
I didn't get my invitation email expand_more
Check your spam / junk folder first. Invitations come from invite@arkhive.network. If it's not there after a few minutes, ask whoever invited you to resend it, or contact Pryce to issue a new invite.
My invite code says "invalid or expired" expand_more
Invite links are single-use and time-limited. If yours was already used or has expired, it can't be reused — request a fresh invitation. Codes are also case-insensitive, so typos aren't usually the cause.
Messages / chat isn't loading expand_more
The chat button appears at the bottom-right once you're signed in. If it's missing, refresh the page. Messages are private and only visible to you and the person you're talking with. If a conversation won't open, sign out and back in, then try again.
A studio marker won't open on the map expand_more
Tap directly on the glowing marker — the map dives in to street level when you do. On a phone, give it a moment to finish the zoom. If markers don't appear at all, check your connection and reload the Map.
I'm a studio owner and my listing isn't showing expand_more
New studios are reviewed by hand before they go live on Discover and the map. Once approved, your studio appears everywhere instantly. If it's been a while, reach out and we'll check the status.
